How a Reddit Page Turned into 5 Million Hitting the Streets
The story behind the 50501 Movement
When Political Revolution first signed on to the 50501 project, we had no idea how big it would get. Political Revolution and 50501 share a home in Reddit; it was there that the organizers from Political Revolution got sucked into the swirling chaos of the 50501 movement.

In the wake of the inauguration of Donald Trump, this was a launch pad for the anger and frustration for thousands of people. From early February to this current day, the reddit page has grown from 30,000 to 277,000 members as of the day of this article.
